Elder Abuse & The Fail Family Fraud Story The Lawyers, the law and the Law makers have ignored Elder Abuse. In my opinion my sister and her daughter engaged in cruel treatment resulting in my 92 year old father’s death. My sister got my father to put her daughter’s name and her son in law’s name on $600,000 worth of land that I was supposed to get when my father passed. Her daughter’s husband is a Lawyer in Leavenworth Kansas. I observed my sister and her husband engaging in Elder abuse against my father. I went to the authorities, and they told me old people die every day - so what? That was their attitude. Shortly thereafter I checked the Real estate Deeds to my land and discovered the fraudulent deed. I called my brother who alerted my sister that I had discovered the deed. My sister then rushed my father to a Rest Home and issued a “No Contact Order” preventing me from seeing or talking with my father. He quickly died and she had him in the ground in 48 hours.
